Thomas Reid

Principal, Patona Equity

Tom is an entrepreneur at heart with a tech background. Tom graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Economics, and played lacrosse while at UMass. Tom is currently a Senior Manager in the enterprise technology space and has contributed over 1 billion dollars in sales over the past 16 years as an enterprise sales executive.

Prior to finding his passion for real estate Tom was an accomplished Commercial Diver in the Gulf of Mexico & an Infantry Combat Veteran in the US Army as an Airborne Pathfinder Sergeant.

Tom started Patona Equity, a company focused on multi-family investments for investors, and in doing so, help leverage his strengths in tech to better identify quality investments for investors. Tom’s focus is to help raise millions of dollars for multifamily syndications. He is invested in thousands of units. As Tom helps scale Patona Equity, he is constantly looking to help improve the investors experience with our platform while looking to identify ways to drive profitability and position our portfolio for long term growth.

Chad Hudson

Managing Partner, Savoy Companies

Chad has a multifaceted real estate company with expertise in development, construction, investing and private lending.

Since 2000, Chad has built and managed a rental portfolio of more than 40 residential, commercial and multi-family units as well as holding over 3.7 MM in private notes, while continuing to build custom homes. Chad has been involved in several syndications as an investor currently holding 1,127 units worth 64.7MM and now as a general partner raising capital.

Chad is a firm believer in giving back to his community and continues with many philanthropic projects in his hometown of Dallas, TX.
