What is the minimum investment?

The minimum investment can vary from project to project, and is typically $75,000 or more, but some projects have a minimum as low as $50,000.

What returns should I expect to receive?

Monthly cashflow and total returns vary from one investment to the next. You will also receive a portion of the profits from the sale of the asset at the end of the project.

How long should I plan to invest my money?

A typical project has a 5-year hold, so you should go into an opportunity expecting to invest at least 5 years. During this time, you will receive quarterly cashflow, but your initial investment cannot be withdrawn.

Some investments having a longer expected hold time of 6 or 7 years. In some cases we may receive an offer we can't refuse before the expected hold time, in which case you will receive your equity and gains early.

What is an accredited investor?

An accredited investor is someone who meets certain requirements regarding income and net worth, based on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations. This is so that the SEC can ensure proper protection for all investors.

To be an accredited investor, you must satisfy at least one of the following:

1. Have an annual income of $200,000, or $300,000 for joint income, for each of the last two years, with expected earnings the same or higher this year.

2. Have a net worth exceeding $1 million, excluding your primary home.

Most of our investments are available to accredited and sophisticated non-accredited investors; however, we do offer a few investments for accredited investors only.

A Sophisticated Investor is a classification of investor who has sufficient capital, experience and net worth to engage in more advanced types of investment opportunities.
